my sd card took a crap and I'm trying to make a new one. I logged on and download the pc suit and now I can get into my scanner but it doesn't show anything under the Asian, dom, and the rest of the tabs, so when I click on the Asian tab there is nothing there at all. all the rest of the tabs are the same, can someone please help. My scanner is outdated but I should still get what I had last time with out spending 700 bucks to get my scanner going. Sorry, but without a current subscription there is NOTHING Autel will do. Your only choice, if you don't have a backup card, is to purchase an update that is over $600. You might as well buy a new one on eBay for $799.
